A veritable blitz of Chrono Trigger DS information has been released in the past few days, with the announcement that Square Enix is bringing the adventure to the handheld system.
Scans have been released also, and today 1UP, via Game Trailers, have the first trailer for the game which you can see at the source link.

After the surprising announcement from Square Enix regarding a Chrono Trigger 'enhanced port' to the DS system over the past few days, first pictures and scans are starting to hit the internet.
Shonen Jump have released a scan of Chrono Trigger DS, which is scheduled for this coming Winter (whether that is in Japan or USA remains to be seen). Our affiliate site, Forever Fantasy, have the scan, found on 2ch, which you can view at the source link.

Chrono Trigger is being released on the Nintendo DS system, according to many reports across the internet.
A full remake seems unlikely as the Famitsu scans, where the news originated, imply a simple port- but maybe with added content. The RPG giants could just be testing the water to see how well this does- then maybe a whole remake could be released.
