The Square Enix President, Yoichi Wada, gave a keynote speech regarding the Japanese gaming industry and how it had lost its position as leader. Wada went on to suggest ways of how developers could rectify the situation.

Chief Strategist for Square Enix, Ichiro Otobe, will be giving a keynote address during the Serious Games Summit during this year's Game Developer's Conference.
