The Tokyo Game Show is underway and details regarding certain games is being released over the internet.
Release dates for some of Square Enix upcoming computer games have been revealed (For Japan anyway and they seem pretty general):
Final Fantasy Dissidia- December 18th
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days- February
Dragon Quest IX- March
Even more vague release dates that just say 2009 for Japan- Final Fantasy XIII and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep,

The Leipzig Games Convention has wound down, now everyone is focusing on the next big gaming event, where there should be a lot of announcements and reveals from the big gaming companies that are scheduled to appear there.
Naturally, this seems to be a big event for Square Enix every year so hopefully we should be expecting some surprises from them.
The event will be held from October 9th-12th and the list of companies there are as follows, according to QJ.net- warning, its a big list!

Square Enix have officially launched two new Japanese websites today for Infinite Undiscovery and Nanashi no Geemu (The Game With No Name)
On the Infinite Undiscovery site is a nice opening CG video. When you get into the site itself, you can explore and find tracks to listen to, battle screenshots and character art- you can also listen to some samples of the voice acting.

News has broken today, through Famitsu, that Square Enix are creating a horror game for the Nintendo DS.
The Japanese name for it is Geemu no Nanatsu, which when translated to English is: The Game With No Name. It seems that it is already scheduled for a Japanese release on July 3rd.
Nintendic website have a scan which you can see below and via TeamXbox forums, believe that the game will be:

The Tokyo Game Show has always been a place where companies show off the games they have in production with demos, trailers and information. Apparently this year will be the first time that companies show prototypes of games.
It has been announced that this years event will take place from October 9 to 12.
Square Enix, naturally, usually tease its fans with details on new games and Yoichi Wada had this to say about the event:
