Another winning case for Square Enix in their battle to stop others from using their copyrights and intellectual property.
A Korean court has ruled in their favour against the Korean talent agency Fantom Entertainment group. Fantom was alleged to have used certain portions of the film Advent Children and adapted them into live action shots for the music video called "Yuhok ui Sonata (Temptation Sonata)" by the singer Ivy.

Today, a Korean court banned the music video "Sonata of Temptataion" from television broadcast. The video, a recent release by Korean pop singer Ivy, is a live action remake of the fight scene between Tifa and Loz in Square Enix's Advent Children. |
