The big attraction at the Tokyo Game Show was, and probably always be, Square Enix and their Mega Closed Theatre. Not many are able to enter and sample the delights the room holds. Most of us have to rely on bits and pieces of information that are leaked.
However Famitsu have held an interview with Tetsuya Nomura and IGN have managed to obtain what he said about a variety of games and the trailers shown:

TGS: Dragon Quest IX TrailerBy Blitzballer 55 days ago
A bit of a treat for you Dragon Quest fans, someone has managed to video the trailer of Dragon Quest IX for the DS, that was shown at the Tokyo Game Show- the quality is okay, a few peoples heads are in the way, but it the trailer does look pretty good doesnt it?
The game will feature turn based combat and co op multiplayer (up to 4) via Wi-Fi.
Just to reiterate, this is for the DS, the first time an original numbered game in series has come to a handheld console.

TGS: Terra and Cloud Confirmed for DissidiaBy Blitzballer 56 days ago
Hot on the heels of the news that Bartz is included in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, information coming from various sources at the Tokyo Game Show confirm that Terra and Cloud are characters in the game.
This news comes from the Mega Closed Theatre, and so images, trailers etc are not forthcoming therefore people are relying on word of mouth. Apparently, Cloud squares off in a battle with Sephiroth in a trailer shown in the Theatre, as to Terra and her appearance it is as yet unknown.

As you would probably expect the Closed Mega Theatre that Square Enix has, contains a lot of information, trailers etc of highly anticipated games.
Little details are starting to trickle onto the internet regarding some games. QJ.net has some information of Dissidia, Agito XIII, KH: Birth By Sleep and The 3rd Birthday.
