Still recovering from the big announcement from Square Enix regarding FFXIII? Well, heres a brief diversion of a new trailer, shown at E3 2008, of The Last Remnant- they also revealed that the game will be coming to PC too.
The game is already coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3, the PC version will come after the console versions.

News from the Microsoft RPG Premiere in Japan informed gamers that the Xbox360 version of The Last Remnant will be released ahead of the PS3 one- no definitive date was given.
The videogame site, GameSpy, have enquired as to why this is happening and the official response from Square Enix is thus:

Another news item regarding a Square Enix game in development has been revealed today at the Microsoft RPG Premiere in Japan.
Star Ocean: The Last Hope was confirmed for the Xbox360. The aptly titled website, staroceanthelasthope.com, have a link to a brand new youtube trailer for the game too.
Whether the Microsoft machine has a timed exclusivity on the game first has not been confirmed, but it will make people wonder why no details about a PS3 version have surfaced.

A trailer has just been released by Square Enix at the Xbox360 RPG Premiere event in Japan regarding their game, The Last Remnant.
CNG4U, a Japanese website, has uploaded the trailer to its site, which you can view at the source link.
An interesting bit of information regarding the game though- apparently it is set for a winter release on the XBox360- worldwide. A date for the Ps3 release was not given.

Another day goes by, another news story regarding Square Enix and the acquiring of a new trademark.
Titled The Last Hope, speculation across many websites seems to suggest either a name change for The Last Remnant, which is probably wrong, or a name change for the American Version of The Name With No Name or even a brand new IP from the RPG giants.
