The Last Remnant PS3 Delayed Due To Development Issues

News from the Microsoft RPG Premiere in Japan informed gamers that the Xbox360 version of The Last Remnant will be released ahead of the PS3 one- no definitive date was given. The videogame site, GameSpy, have enquired as to why this is happening and the official response from Square Enix is thus: "This is mainly for development reasons. We're developing the game using the middleware Unreal Engine, and the Unreal Engine has a slower development on the PS3 side. It was only really workable after Unreal Tournament was published, so this was mainly a development decision." Is The Last Remnant a game you are looking forward to?
