Square Enix To Undergo A Change?

Okay folks, serious buisness news here for a change regarding the legendary RPG giants. News today that Square Enix are applying to change to a holding company structure. They will be asking the shareholders at a meeting in June. If Square Enix get the go ahead, they will become Square Enix Holdings on October 1st. According to Variety, the company's businesses will be managed by a new corporate entity that still retains the name Square Enix. Also Square Enix and Taito will become subsidiaries of Square Enix Holdings. Variety also report that: The U.S, European and Chinese subsidiaries will also come under the holding company but will be equal to the domestic business, each operating independently.
