Yoshitaka Amano Interview

An interview and a video with the legendary artist Yoshitaka Amano, one of the original creators of the Final Fantasy series. He spent 15 years at the animation studio , Tatsunoko Productions, best known for Speed Racer, Gatchaman, various Macross titles, and later, the production of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Amano-san himself created the characters for animated shows like Time Bokan, Tekkaman, Kashaan, Hutch the Honey Bee, and most-famously, Gatchaman, which became famous in the United States as Battle of the Planets (a.k.a. G-Force). As an artist his distinct style can of course be found in Final Fantasy games but he has also had his art exhibited in galleries across the world. Amano Interview Add to Digg
