Square Enix Partners With Amp'd Mobile for Debut of DoC: Lost Episode

Square Enix and Amp'd Mobile announced that Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode will debut exclusively on Amp'd Mobile handsets, Summer 2006. The game will be available for download at Amp'd (http://get.ampd.com). The game will be an action/role-playing game and will allow players to explore the FF7 world in Battlefield mode, battle the Deepground Soldiers in FPS battle mode, and use materia and limit break attacks. DoC: Lost Episode will release with a single player mode, followed later by a multiplayer mode that will allow players to go head-to-head over the mobile network. Wait, wait... exclusive to Amp'd Mobile? That's a U.S. based company. Does this mean that places other than Japan are ACTUALLY going to get a Square-Enix mobile game before the apocalypse? By: Michael On: 11:08 Jun 6th, 2006 Offline	I just noticed these screeshots a couple of hours ago while browsning the main site. If nothing else, it certainly looks impressive for a mobile game! And since it's coming to American phones, there might even be a chance it'll come here to Europe... here's hoping!
