More Final Fantasy III Footage

The official Final Fantasy III site has been updated with a new promotional video. The video show quite a bit of previously unseen cinematics, some of the battle system, and Summon Monsters. To get to the video, go to the Official Site and click Enter. Then wait half and hour for the friggin' Flash to load. Skip the intro movie, if you so desire, and then hover over "Movie" until a new section pops up, and mouse over and click the thumbnail. Choose your file size, and you should be good to go. I like the way it looks, for the fact that it resembles PSX era graphics. That was the heyday of videogaming for me, and it's good to see the style still around. | ||

Soo.. Any word on whether the FMVs will be throughout the game or just Title and Ending FMVs, like in Anthology, Chronicles, and Origins? | ||

No word yet... but the chances that they'll be throughout the game are pretty good. This isn't just a rerelease/port like Anthology, Chronicles, and Origins. They completely remade the game. |

Awesome, then. In-game screens don't look too shabby either. I hate portable systems though. Small screens make my eyes hurt. Might get a rom though. |
