FFX and X-2 International Editions get a rerelease

According to Japanese retail sources (via RPGfan.com), Square Enix will be giving Final Fnatasy X International and Final Fantasy X-2 International a rerelease in Japan.

The games will hit shelves on January 25th and will retail for 2,800 yen (about US$23.82).

So. Are we ever going to get those in the U.S. or is that just a sad dream? Not that I'd probably be arsed to play them all the way through anyway, but it's probably the only way I could be arsed to play either of those games again (and I never even bothered playing FFX-2 much)

Ha ha ha ha ha ha... No.

International just means that Japan gets to play the overseas version and have a bunch of extras. Damn them!

Actually, now that I think about it, I'd really like it if they made an option to use Japanese voices with subtitles. The Less I'm forced to listen to James Arnold Taylor, the better.

lol @ japs, first they get screwed over for buying a half-done version and have to watch as Yurp gets all the extras and such, then they get screwed again for having to buy the game again just for those extras.

The extras are worth it for the die-hard fans though.
