Several sites are currently hosting the Final Fantasy III trailer shown at E3 2006, slated for North American release on the Nintendo DS in September. The trailer is prominently made up of some very nice cinematics, and a touch of real-time game play (look at all the pretty polygons!). And not twenty minutes ago, I was complaining that there would never been another cutefied (ala FFIX) Final Fantasy again. How wrong I want. It may be a remake, but that's beside the point. This game gets more and more appealing every time I see it. Good work Kionae! |

Try one of the other three (probably more by now) hosts, it should work on at least one of them. @article: The CG looks awesome, really old-school fantasy-esque and such. The gameplay itself looks a bit too much cutified, but that's not that big of a problem. It kinda looks like FFIX, with some more touches of the original game (like the top-down perspective etc). Shame I don't have a DS, I'd probably get it then. What do you reckon they use the touch screen for? Command selection? |

Ah, I saw it. I could buy a DS for this... or just play it when my brother gets it. |

Cutified is my problem. I was expecting it to look more tough. I doubt I'll get this. |
