Square Enix have issued a press release announcing that Star Ocean: First Departure for the PSP will be coming to Europe and PAL territories in October.
This will be a remastered Star Ocean apparently, with a revised game engine, improved battle system and fully voiced animated scenes.

Square Enix and their take on the Space Invaders game, Space Invaders Get Even, will be available for download in October for Wii Ware. It is interesting to note, that the game started out as a full fledged retails release but Square Enix decided to make it Wii Ware instead.

Motomu Toriyama Talks FFXIII DemoBy Blitzballer 1 day ago
More information has been revealed by Famitsu, regarding the multiplatform title Final Fantasy XIII. The special Famitsu DKS3713 issue focused on Square Enix and titles they have in the pipeline- you can see some scan of FFXIII, Versus XIII and Agito in a previous news article.
Famitsu had a talk with Motomu Toriyama, the director of FFXIII and IGN have the English translation. Here are a few choice statements from Toriyama, who talks about the upcoming FFXIII demo among other things:

Chrono Trigger DS Coming November 25th To The USBy Blitzballer 2 days ago
A more definitive release date has been announced for Chrono Trigger DS, according to Siliconera website, it'll be hitting the US this November 25th.
It seems that it wont just be a direct port either, as there are now brand new dungeons (ie more than one) that will be explorable and that there will be some sort of Arena Mode, which Siliconera speculate could be the new wireless mode meaning Player v Player.

Chalk this news item under rumours but the upcoming edition of Famitsu, which will focus on Square Enix and they Party they just had, reveals that the Final Fantasy XIII demo that will be included in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete (which is released in March 2009) will last a couple of hours.
PSU also got ahold of some other little bits of information regarding the game:

A couple of videos have surfaced on the website Gametrailers featuring gameplay, battles and some story of Infinite Undiscovery.
The game is being released exclusively for Xbox 360 and being developed by tri-Ace. Square Enix are hoping to release the game in all three regions simultaneously, which may become the norm for games in the future.
The unusual title also refers to how decisions the player will make and how it may impact upon the world and various situations.

Square Enix have announced that Final Fantasy IV DS will be released across Europe on September 5th.
With 3D Graphic improvements, voiced cut scenes and new content among other things, there are even more reasons to return to this adventure.
The Active Time Battle system has been revamped and the game will benefit from the Nintendo DS capabilities.

Some new screens have been released today for the Xbox360 exclusive title, Infinite Undiscovery. Also you can find out the various achievements that can be unlocked, although there are still some secret ones too.
